The cottage comprises of 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, a lounge area and an open-plan kitchen and scullery. It has a large patio with braai area which over looks a Children's Play Facility. It is secure with a 2m high boundary Wall and a lock up Double Garage “on Remote” as well as off road Parking.
